Dr Priyanka Somani is a Specialist Prosthodontist with 14+ years of experience in the field of dentistry. She completed her BDS from reputed Rajiv Gandhi University, Bengaluru, India in 2005 and further pursued her Masters in Prosthodontics from the KLE University, Belgaum from 2006-2009. She did her two years fellowship program from Department of Maxillofacial Prosthodontics, Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai where she was trained to rehabilitate Head and Neck cancer patients. Her scope of treatment included rehabilitation prosthesis following upper / lower jaw resection and comprehensive dental care to patients planned for radiotherapy/ Bisphophonates.

Dr Somani has completed Maxicourse in Implant Dentistry, a venture by American Academy of Implant Dentistry in year 2015. To keep her skills and knowledge up to date, she joined Implant Dentistry-Study Consortium in Dubai in 2020. Currently she is a Privileged Implantologist from DHA who practices Implant Dentistry in UAE.

Her area of interest includes replacement of missing teeth and smile designing. She plans and executes the treatment with multitude of treatment options including Implants, crowns, bridges, dentures, smile designing and full mouth rehabilitation/dental transformation. With her Prosthetic Knowledge in Implantology, she accepts and tries to restore the Implants placed elsewhere, simple/ challenging.

Dr Somani is Fellow at International Congress of Oral Implantology and Associate Fellow at American Academy of Implant Dentistry. She is a founder and life member of Association of Dental and Prosthetic Oncology. She is also a member of Indian Prosthodontic Society.

Dr Somani has many papers published in international journals. She is also recipient of awards at various conferences for presentations and academic excellence. She has also contributed significantly to organizing workshops and conferences

Dr Priyanka is fluent in English, Hindi, Gujrati and Marathi.
